Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
The pelvic floor muscles control bladder, bowel, and sexual function. They connect to other muscles in the hips, core, back and feet. A weak pelvic floor often leads to issues with digestion, incontinence, and/or sexual comfort.
Physical Therapy restores the length-tension relationship of your pelvic floor muscles, relieving pain, improving function, and restoring optimal body performance.
I welcome bodies of all genders and sizes.
